We like to know when we've got it right, but we also want to know if we can improve our service. Please let us know.

We offer a complaints procedure to deal with comments about the service we provide.

Our aim is to give you the highest possible standard of service and try to deal swiftly with any problems that may occur.

Most problems can be sorted out quickly and easily, often at the time they arise with the

person concerned and this may be the approach you try first.

Where you are not able to resolve your complaint in this way and wish to make a formal complaint you should do so as soon as possible after the event and ideally within a few days as this helps us establish what happened more easily.
